Despatch
Our cakes are normally despatched within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Please be advised that during extremely busy periods of the year, there may be a slight delay in despatch. Cakes are normally despatched by Royal Mail First Class Delivery, but larger orders may be sent by our courier service.

Refund Policy
We take every conceivable care to ensure your order is despatched in perfect condition and believe that you will be delighted with it. If you should not be entirely satisfied or if the goods are damaged or defective we will provide you with a complete refund of the cost of the damaged or defective items, subject to you informing us of your complaint by email within a reasonable time.

However, if you prefer, we can send replacement items instead. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
